Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BetterSelling. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
The service
BetterSelling is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may contact you about the product and your account.
Pricing & payment
- Monthly plan. The monthly plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically and renews at $7 per month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues through the period already paid (or the rest of the trial).
- Lifetime access. Alternatively, a one-time payment of $49 unlocks unlimited use with no subscription and nothing to auto-renew. Buying lifetime while on the monthly plan cancels the subscription automatically. “Lifetime” means access for as long as BetterSelling operates as a service; it is not a perpetual guarantee if the service is discontinued.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing or purchasing you authorize the corresponding charges. Current pricing is shown on our home page and confirmed at checkout before you pay, and we may change pricing for future purchases or renewals with notice.
- Refunds. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law — but if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll work it out in good faith.
Your responsibilities
- Use BetterSelling lawfully and honestly. It is a sales coach that surfaces suggested language to you — you are responsible for what you say on your calls and for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply to you and your prospects.
- Only connect accounts and share information you are authorized to use.
- Don’t abuse the service (e.g. attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or others’ data).
Your content
You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the scripts generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process that content to operate the product (see our Privacy Policy).
AI-generated output
Scripts, objection responses, and live suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before use; BetterSelling is not liable for outcomes of your sales calls.
Termination
You can stop using BetterSelling and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access to keep the service safe or if these terms are violated.
