Privacy Policy

BetterSelling is an AI sales coach for founders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the product needs to work.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, and optional company name, used to identify your workspace and send your magic-link sign-in.
- Product & call inputs — the product description, ICP, price, optional URL, and meeting context you enter, plus the scripts and objection responses generated from them.
- Live-call content — when you run a call, prospect audio you choose to share is transcribed to power live rescue cards. We store rescue events and short transcript snippets tied to that call so you can review it afterward.
- Sign in with Google (optional) — if you choose it, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google Account to create and sign you into your workspace. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data for sign-in.
- Google Calendar (optional) — if you connect it, we request read-only access to your upcoming events to help you prep a call. Tokens are stored to keep the connection working and are deleted when you disconnect.
- Billing — when you start a subscription or buy lifetime access, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We receive and store only limited billing information — your Stripe customer identifier and plan status — never your full card number.
- Basic analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate usage events (e.g. page views, sign-ups) with no third-party advertising cookies.
Service providers we share with
We use a small set of processors strictly to run the product: Anthropic (script generation and objection classification), Deepgram (speech-to-text for live calls), Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Google (only if you connect Calendar). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Prospect audio sent for transcription is opted out of provider model training where the provider supports it.
Google user data
BetterSelling’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs — whether from Sign in with Google or Google Calendar — adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide and improve the features you connect it to (signing you in and prepping your calls), never to serve advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to run those features or as required by law. Google sign-in profile data is deleted when you delete your account; Calendar tokens are deleted the moment you disconnect.
How long we keep it
We keep your workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time (see Contact). Disconnecting Google Calendar deletes the stored tokens immediately.
Your choices
- Connecting Google Calendar is optional.
- Sharing prospect audio on a call is your choice, per call.
- You can request access to or deletion of your data.
